| What kind of Warranty do you Provide? |
Our Products are refurbished, this means that they are used but have new or newer parts installed. These generally have a 90 Day Limited Warranty applied, Items with a longer warranty will be noted as such. |
| Do you provide Support? | Yes, however support hours are quite limited. Myself and those whom work with me also hold full time schedules with other companies and school as well. Even though somebody from this company may not be able to provide support at all convenient times we have a list of people equally qualified on our contact Page whom are able to provide support. Along with their contact information you may request a resume and availability. Keep in mind these individuals do not work for me and therefore may charge differently. |
| Do you provide any other Services? | Yes, we still provide Web and E-Mail Hosting Services, some consultation services, and support for the systems we sell and implement. The other services that used to be provided by Denver PC Tech are now being out-sourced to other companies who have more readily available support. |
